Gin is on everyone’s lips and is arguably the trend spirit of recent years. Producing a simple gin is not very complicated compared to many other spirits. However, there are many small details that give a gin its finesse and unique character.

Create Your Own Gin

During our gin tour, we will show you the artisanal production of gin in a commercial distillery. The process begins in our herb garden. After an introduction to gin production, you will get hands-on yourself. In teams of up to 5 people, you will create your own gin and take your first steps in the art of distilling.

Tasting and Preparing a Gin & Tonic

With your finished distillate, you will move to (or behind) the bar, where you will mix a delicious gin & tonic using your own gin. During the relaxed tasting session, you will have the opportunity to sample other gins from our range and compare them with your self-created gin. We also serve regional specialties that pair perfectly with gin. This workshop is ideal as an original team event.

Up to 8 people: flat rate CHF 640.00 Each additional person: CHF 60.00

The price includes a guided tour of the distillery, the gin workshop, a tasting of various gins accompanied by regional specialties, as well as a 5 cl bottle of your own gin.
