Shopping
To shop in the webshop, you need an internet-capable computer, smartphone or tablet, a valid online payment method such as a credit card or Twint, and an email account.
No. These services are personal and non-transferable. In case of a check, a personal ID must be presented.
Yes, you can buy services for other people. Depending on the service, you may need the name, first name, and date of birth or other details of the other person.
No, registration is not required for an online purchase. You can also order as a guest. However, we recommend registration as your data will be saved and you can view an overview of your purchases and orders at any time.
After completing the booking process, you will immediately receive a binding booking confirmation to the email address you provided during the booking. Payment methods and vouchers
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Twint.
Purchases on account or in advance are not possible.
We are working on a solution. Currently, Central Switzerland vouchers can only be used on-site at the redemption points and are not valid for online payments.
