Overnight guests benefit from the Lucerne Guest Card with numerous discounts on mountain railways, museums, and excursions.
You have the opportunity to participate in a variety of discounted activities in the categories of excursions & transport, wellness & fitness, sports, and culture. Please note that discounts are only granted upon presentation of the guest card. This also applies to tickets purchased online.
Validity of the Guest Card
The guest card is personal, non-transferable, and valid on the day of arrival, departure, and for the entire duration of your stay. It can be used for a maximum of 14 days per stay, starting from the day of arrival. Children between the ages of 6 and 15.99 are considered as such. Validity is subject to regular opening hours, general terms and conditions (GTC), and the specific service conditions of each provider. Participating partners may, for important reasons, partially or fully restrict the use of discounted services. To benefit from the discounts, the guest card must always be presented. Providers are entitled to verify identity by requesting an official ID.
Public transport ticket included
With the Lucerne Guest Card, overnight guests can use public transport in the city of Lucerne (fare zone 10, 2nd class) free of charge – excluding boat trips. The reservation confirmation serves as a valid ticket upon arrival.

Free WiFi in the City of Lucerne
Overnight guests can access the «Free WiFi – LUZERN.COM» network for free at selected locations. Simply enter your guest card number (found on the card or in your smartphone wallet) to log in.
