Gourmet Week – A Classic with a Twist – Zurich Meets Nidwalden
Discover a Swiss classic with a Nidwalden twist. Together with our team of chefs, you’ll prepare tender veal strips with apples and walnuts – served with crispy rösti and regional ingredients.
Step by step, you’ll learn about the special features of this traditional dish and immerse yourself in Swiss culinary culture. And of course, dessert is a must: a delicious Gebrannte Crème.
Afterwards, you’ll enjoy the meal you’ve prepared yourself for dinner – accompanied by three seasonal starters from our kitchen.
