Glacier Garden | Lucerne

The Glacier Garden adventure now also leads into the dark mountain interior. In the rock gallery the Lucerne sandstone tells its story: from its formation at the primordial sea, to its unfolding into mountains, to its modeling during the ice ages. The journey through millions of years leads to the center of time at an underground lake and through a futuristic Garden courtyard up to the Sommerau. Back at the skylight, a view over Lucerne to the Alps opens up to the guests.

Included in the admission ticket: Glacier pot holes, rock gallery, Alpine Park, Museum with the oldest mountain relief of the world, mirror maze and Bistro/Shop

Meeting place: Entrance to the Glacier Garden via ticket office directly next to the Lion Monument

Note: The ticket is only valid on the day of the booked date (see booking -> date) and must be presented at the Gletschergarten box office after purchase (together with AHV or student ID).
