The eight-kilometre-long toboggan run with an altitude difference of almost 1000 metres is the longest toboggan run in Central Switzerland. The ride from Melchsee-Frutt to Stöckalp is an experience for young and old.

For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the toboggan run. Depending on the snow conditions, there are pulling stretches on the eight-kilometre-long sledging trail, especially when there is fresh, soft or wet snow.

When sledging on Melchsee-Frutt, please observe the guidelines as well as the warnings regarding the closure of the piste.

By the way, on Fridays and Saturdays the longest illuminated night sledging trail in Switzerland is open.
