In our fully equipped course kitchen, our experienced chefs will guide you step by step, sharing local cooking techniques, stories, and culinary traditions along the way.

Your Swiss cooking journey includes: A traditional main course with crispy Rösti, tender Nidwalden-style sliced veal, served with **apples and walnuts **A classic Swiss dessert: the irresistible Burnt Cream (Gebrannte Crème) (Vegetarian option available)
