On the open decks, seats are not reservable and reservations are not necessary. It is possible to reserve seats for the dining areas of our ships, including the onboard restaurants or stately lounges. Groups of ten or more are requested to make a group reservation (without a fixed seat reservation).
Except for our two smallest motor vessels "Rütli" and "Mythen", all of our ships are fully accessible for wheelchairs. On the main deck there is level access to the outside area as well as the board restaurant.
On MS Diamant the 1st class area on the upper deck is accessible by lift. On our historic paddle steamers you will also find easy entry to the 1st class salon on the main deck aft. With the exception of MS Rütli and MS Mythen, all of our ships are equipped with a wheelchair accessible toilet.
Please note the catering signs in the timetable. Food you bring yourself may be eaten on the ship.
On our large motor vessels you will find electrical outlets and power sockets in the board restaurant. On our historical steamboats, no such fixtures are available. As the connections on the lake are unfortunately not optimal, we do not offer W-Lan on our ships.
